Pacquiao wins against Bradley for WBO title

http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/356725/sports/boxing/pacquiao-gets-his-revenge-dispatches-bradley-for-wbo-title
Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley Jr. return to the ring on Saturday in Las Vegas (Sunday, Philippines time), seeking a definitive win this time around, after their controversial ending two years ago.

The Sarangani congressman, who lost the first time the two met in a controversial split decision, took down the previously-undefeated American by unanimous decision, 118-110, 116-112, 116-112, in their WBO welterweight title bout held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
It is Bradley's first career loss, taking his record to 31-1.
For Pacquiao, his win opens the door to a fifth battle against Juan Manuel Marquez, should the Mexican win against Mike Alvarado on May 17, 2014 (May 18, PHL time). Manny, though wouldn’t discuss any specifics, saying, “It depends on my promoter Bob Arum…my job is to fight in the ring any opponent.”

Back in 2012, Bradley won 115-113 115-113 113-115 despite Pacquiao looking like he dominated most of their match. Pacquiao followed that up with a shocking KO loss to Juan Manuel Marquez, prompting some to regard him too old to become a serious contender in the sport.

The actress-singer, Ana Karylle Tatlonghari, exchanged vows with the Sponge Cola frontman, Ysmael “Yael” Yuzon, yesterday, March 21, 2015.
The doors of the San Antonio de Padua Church in Silang, Cavite opened to welcome Karylle, the bride of Yael Yuzon, who was undeniably at her most beautiful during the wedding rites. The singer-actress-TV host, who was wearing a creation by Dubai-based designer Furne One, was the picture of a blushing bride overjoyed with all the love surrounding her.
Her parents, mother Zsa Zsa Padilla and father Dr. Modesto Tatlonghari, then escorted her to the groom, who eagerly waited in front of the altar.
The wedding was attended only by the couple’s families and close friends. Also, several big-name stars attended as principal sponsors.
The couple wanted a private ceremony and invited only 150 guests. Karylle’s parents, Dr. Modesto Tatlonghari and Zsa Zsa Padilla, were there to give their blessings.
Karylle, wearing a vintage-inspired wedding gown, was a vision of happiness as she marched down the aisle to finally marry her boyfriend of three years, Yael.
Karylle’s “It’s Showtime” family also had an advance taping so they can make it on time at Karylle’s wedding. Karylle’s “It’s Showtime” co-host, Vice Ganda, stood as alternative for principal sponsor Bobet Vidanes, who came in late to the ceremony.  Vice Ganda also offered fruits during the Offertory portion of the Mass. It could be recalled Vice Ganda and Karylle had a misunderstanding recently and fans thought Vice Ganda would not be able to attend the wedding but the celebrities have since reconciled.
The bridal march started at exactly 3:31 p.m. And the wedding, as expected, had a star-studded entourage. T
he wedding rites officiated by Fr. Eugene Elivera, was simple, straightforward, romantic and sincere — just the way the couple wanted it to be.

Last November 2010, Zsa Zsa Padilla gave her approval to Karylle and Yuzon's alleged romance. Two months after, Yuzon's younger brother, Yani, confirmed the young couple's relationship.

Greg Oden, a former No.1 overall draft picks mounting a comeback from knee trouble, replaced James in the lineup. Oden scored five points with five rebounds in 13 minutes.

Teammate Dwyane Wade said. "It doesn't hurt at all. When you're in such a great rhythm, you don't want anything to stop that. But at the same time, to get this time off to regroup, when he comes back on the court — hopefully Thursday — he'll feel a little fresher. That'll take him to the end of the season for sure. He doesn't need much."

James is leading the Heat with an average 26.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 6.5 assists in 52 games this season.

LeBron James diagnosed with Broken Nose

It was revealed from the X-Ray last Friday that LeBron James suffered a broken nose during his drive to the basket over Serge Ibaka last Thursday night.
LeBron left the game after suffering a bloody nose during the fourth quarter when OKC shot-blocker Ibaka swiped on his face. LeBron James scored his last 33 points in the Heat’s 103-81 victory, but no foul was called.  After lying down on the floor with bleeding nose, James went to the locker room and did not return to the game.
The Heat flew back to Miami immediately following Thursday’s win and James was diagnosed Friday with a broken nose.
James is being listed as a game-time decision for the Miami Heat's home game on Sunday against the Chicago Bulls (3:30 p.m. ET, ABC). LeBron might have to wear a protective mask (he wore a mask momentarily during the 2004-05 season with Cleveland after sustaining a broken left cheekbone).
The Heat took Friday off after covering up a six-game road trip. They went 5-1 on the trip, with all the victories coming over teams currently in playoff position in the Western Conference. The run pulled Miami to within 1½ game of the Indiana Pacers for the top spot in the Eastern Conference.
The Heat's schedule now turns favorable, as 17 of their final 29 games are at home. They begin a four-game home stand on Sunday.
